The process begins with collecting ideas from the client, considerations of the site, and an accurate code review.   Combining these ideas creatively, the client is presented a variety of approaches to the project using plans,  elevations, and interior  views.  The design is then further developed and refined to meet the clients expectations and budget.

Accurate, detailed construction documents are key to any successful project.  Architectural construction documents include complete drawings and written specifications to ensure accurate bids, and a well executed project.  Application for and securing of building permits  is also included.

Collecting and qualifying bids is a valuable service to any project.  Setting guidelines and standards for the contractors and the bid process ensures fair and complete bids.  

The architect is there as your advocate on site during construction of the project.  Services include continued on site design consultation for detailing, lighting and finishes.  Regular visits to the site are made during all phases of construction.
